How Sessions Work
We offer therapy in-person, via telephone, or through video sessions, available on a short-term or long-term basis.
- Sessions are scheduled on a mutually agreed date and time.
- Appointments are typically weekly, lasting 60 minutes per session.
- The first session is an opportunity to discuss your reasons for seeking counselling, explore how therapy can support
you, and ask any questions you may have.
