We offer private Counselling and Group Therapy in South Norfolk and remotely online.

The founder, Joanne is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is bound by BACP’s Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Joanne started her counselling career in 2008 working as a G.P Counsellor in Ipswich, followed by working for a leading mental helth charity 'Mind' where she delivered Anger, Anxiety, Confidence, Food and Mood Courses throughout Suffolk. During this time Joanne was requested to research, write and deliver the Postnatal Depression/Anxiety course (Beyond Birth) to 100's of parents across suffolk.
Since becoming independant in 2012 Joanne has experience working with many presenting problems and has a particular interest in working with survivors of childhood Trauma, Narcassistic Abuse, Anxiety and low self worth. Joanne is trained in many modalities and adpats her skills to ensure the counselling approach is tailored to the individual client’s needs.
Joanne brings a wealth of professional experience, knowledge and life experience.
